What is the vacation certificate redeemable for?
This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering three separate vacations. A 3 Day/2 Night Getaway in one of 18 exciting destinations; a 4 Day/3 Night Mexico Beach Vacation; and a 4 Day/3 Night Bahamas Cruise & Island Vacation!
3 Day / 2 Night Accommodation Vacation – This vacation offer is valid for two adults 21 years of age or older, and up to two children 18 years of age or younger, sharing the same accommodations. Receive two (2) nights of lodging in a standard hotel room at your choice of one of the stated destinations below, subject to availability. Sunday through Thursday check-ins only. At the time of booking your reservations with the fulfillment travel center, a US $50 refundable booking deposit is required to guarantee your room accommodations. Seasonal and Holiday surcharges are applicable. Reservations require at least 60 days advance notice. You will be required to select two preferred travel dates at least 30 days apart.

4 Day / 3 Night Mexico Beach Vacation – This vacation offer is valid for two adults ages 25 or older to experience 4 glorious days and 3 spectacular nights of waterfront accommodations on the beaches of tropical Cancun, Mexico. Refundable booking deposit, Seasonal and Holiday surcharges are applicable. Reservations require at least 60 days advance notice. You will be required to select two preferred travel dates at least 30 days apart.
4 Day / 3 Night Bahamas Cruise & Island Vacation – This vacation offer is valid for two adults 21 years of age or older, to two (2) round trip passages aboard Discovery Cruises, sailing from Port Everglades, Florida to Grand Bahama Island (including shipboard meals and entertainment) PLUS three (3) nights resort hotel accommodations on Grand Bahama Island. Port/Service fees of US $129 per person are applicable. Reservations require at least 60 days advance notice.
Travelers are responsible for any/all charges incurred in excess of this promotion, such as but not limited to transportation, transfers; meals, and gratuities. If any of these offers becomes unavailable to the fulfillment travel center, they have the option to substitute another travel incentive offer of equal or greater value. The fulfillment travel center will make every effort to accommodate one of your requested travel dates, but reserves the right to offer alternate travel dates when necessary.
What type of accommodations will I receive on this offer? Can I pick the hotel?
No, you cannot pick the hotel, because the hotel you receive depends upon which hotel is available for the travel dates you choose. Accommodations are only booked with quality hotels.
Is airfare included?
No, airfare is not included.
How do I redeem my certificate and what happens after I redeem it?
You can redeem your certificate either by mail, fax or online. Simply follow the directions on the certificate or on the website to redeem your certificate. There is a $35 processing and handling fee to redeem it. After you redeem your certificate we will send you your vacation reservation form, which you will receive in the mail within 7-10 business days. When you receive the reservation form you will book your reservations with the travel agency listed on it.
Do I have to attend any timeshare sales presentation to receive the vacation offer?
